AINS provides full lifecycle IT engineering and correspondence
management services to a large number of Government agencies and
commercial customers.

software products locally and internationally.

Our Solid Management Model ensures client satisfaction
- Begin each Project/Task with a Project Definition Workshop (PDW) as soon
as possible after contract award to bring all of the stakeholders
together to gain a common understanding and mutual agreement/ buy-in of
the project business objectives, scope, schedule, activities and
milestones.
- Ensure open communications and collaboration between AINS and Client.
Establish a clear, two-way dialogue early on in the contract. Implement
in-progress reviews, in addition to the monthly progress reports.
- Select professionals to support the work assignments. Assign the most
qualified personnel to execute the specific activities and tasks issued.
- Develop a detailed Project Plan (including a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS),
staffing plan, resources and schedule.
- Proactively manage the schedule to control progress and costs.
- Provide quality deliverables, on time and within budget. Review the
quality control elements of the detailed work plans, checklists, or
other tools used to accomplish the tasks. Review deliverables and
products for content and accuracy. Maintain customer feedback loops.
- Submit progress reports and briefings to the client as required.
- Proactively track, report, and proactively manage costs.
- Monitor, assess and manage change and risk; assess the impacts, and take
appropriate action.
- Use Microsoft Project, Primavera Project Office or other client-approved
software for project planning, management, tracking and reporting.
