1. Oracle Developer (Full Time)

Duties
  • Participate in all phases of the systems life cycle
  • Analyze business requirements
  • Design, Develop, Test and maintain Database Tables, Views, Indexes, Triggers, Stored Procedures, Oracle Database Triggers, Functions and Packages using PL/SQL Procedures
  • Participate in solution architecture, implementation, and/or enhancements
  • Participate in solution demonstrations, proof-of-concept and testing

Requirements

  • M.S. or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle
  • Experience with process diagramming, charting and use of computer-based tools
  • Oracle 9i, SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Loader, Crystal Reports, TOAD
  • Can work on various Platforms, Operating Systems & Protocols
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience required
  • Programming or software experience in web-based technologies and solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Local travel

2. Product Engineer / Technical Support Engineer (Full Time)

Duties
  • Configure, deploy, test and support solutions at customer sites using AINS solutions and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products
  • Support customers via technical support, including troubleshooting, documentation and training
  • Coordinate support with the AINS Call Center
  • Develop solution designs and estimates
  • Coordinate technical solutions with the AINS product development teams

Requirements

  • BS degree (Computer Science preferred)
  • Active Secret security clearance (preferred) or eligibility (incl. US Citizenship)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience in project/system engineering, system implementation and integration
  • Prior COTS and/or custom software applications support experience
  • Experience in interfacing with central services (database, infrastructure, security, and IT help desks)
  • Experience in system administration (e.g., SQL Server 2000, Oracle, Windows 2003 Server, and IIS)
  • Technical knowledge of C++, VB, Java, JSP, ASP, Windows, Unix
  • Document and workflow management experience a major plus
  • Local travel

3. Sales Executive/Account Executive (Full Time)

Duties
  • Establish a Sales Plan specific to assigned territory(s) to rapidly expand our market share in document management and imaging, correspondence tracking, and e-FOIA case management software.

  • Sell software solutions and IT services directly into assigned federal and commercial territory
  • Build pipeline of qualified prospects and consistently meet/exceed assigned quotas and revenue objectives
  • Leverage your existing contacts in government and/or commercial accounts to maximize penetration and sales
  • Understand and exploit the company’s strengths in existing markets, pre-and post-sales support, and strategic partnerships
  • Participate in marketing and sales events including national trade shows and conferences
  • Assist management in producing sales forecasts; account plans; responses to RFI’s and RFP’s, and perform related sales tasks to grow assigned business profitably
  • Analyze and understand customers’ (current and potential) needs and objectives; successfully determine the appropriate solution; create compelling sales propositions by working with the business and technical teams to add value
  • Achieve excellence in the ability to demonstrate the products and solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience
  • History of delivering on Sales Plan
  • Experience in successfully selling document management, correspondence tracking, and e-FOIA case management software
  • Federal government and/or commercial sales experience (current DoD sales experience is a plus)
  • Experience in working with product managers and development staff
  • Understanding of relevant technical platforms (e.g., Microsoft, Documentum, Hummingbird)
  • Strategic thinking and negotiation skills
  • Ability to qualify and prioritize leads
  • Customer service orientation
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to track and leverage personal business contacts

4. Sr. Systems Analyst (Full Time)

Duties
  • Participate in all phases of the systems life cycle
  • Analyze and document computer system requirements for solutions to business requirements via charting, diagramming and automated tools
  • Maintain current knowledge of AINS solutions and available technologies (including databases, programming languages, infrastructures, platforms, and third-party commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions)
  • Participate in solution architecture, implementation, and/or enhancements
  • Participate in solution demonstrations, proof-of-concept and testing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active Secret Security Clearance or eligibility (incl. US Citizenship)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle
  • Experience with process diagramming, charting and use of computer-based tools
  • Demonstrated project management experience; certification in project management; or formal project management training
  • Six (6) or more years of experience as systems analyst
  • Working knowledge of Federal business processes
  • Programming or software experience in web-based technologies and solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Local travel

5. Records Manager (Full Time)

Duties
  • Experienced Records Manager to lead our RM practice development initiatives, assist with business development activities, and lead efforts to implement RM programs and processes at existing clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Active Secret Security Clearance or eligibility (incl. US Citizenship)
  • Three + years of RM and business process experience, preferably with 7+ years of information technology experience
  • Records Manager (CRM) certificate is preferred
  • Experience in leveraging RM for business process improvement
  • Development and implementation of RM standards, policies, and procedures
  • Experience with DM and RM technology solutions (Hummingbird, EMC/Documentum, or Cofax)
  • Knowledge of best practices and standards, e.g., GRS (General Records Schedule) of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), ARMA Best Practices, ISO Standards (e.g., 15489-1 & -2)
  • Knowledge of US laws and regulations (including Freedom of Information and Privacy Act)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Local travel
