eCase puts the power of electronic document management and workflow
control at your fingertips. It is a 508 compliant, Web-based
application, which provides complete automated document and record
control for capturing, storing, retrieving, processing, tracking,
reporting and archiving correspondence and action items. It also
supports features like electronic signatures and full security control.
eCase has familiar electronic filing structure for cabinet, folder,
assignment, attachment and all MS Office image formats.
Integrated with Documentum and Share Point, our COTS solution is
flexible and scalable to the enterprise level without any code changes.
Documentum is certified for Records Management (DoD 5015.2-STD Compliant
Product Registers).
eCase/Correspondence was designed to directly serve Executive
Secretariat, mission-critical functions. In US Federal government
agencies, the Executive Secretariat (ES) is the focal point for
correspondence management and the dissemination of information,
particularly electronic information.
The Executive Secretariat therefore needs the best available electronic
document tracking and reporting system, to track the flow of critical
documents and executive commitments, gather statistical data, and
distribute information.
Correspondence is assigned to officers via pre-defined or ad-hoc
workflows for action tracking, response processing, approvals,
electronic signatures and reporting.
The entire workflow process for each correspondence folder is depicted
graphically showing the tasks to be performed, current task name, action
officer and assigned date for the current task at each stage. |
